“I've been to this store a few times and always have a pleasant experience. Last Saturday I took my daughter in and we had an Amazing experience! I wish I knew the lady's name that took care of us. She was SO helpful, offered lots of suggestions, and was just a joy to be around. Many times while out shopping it feels like all customer service has vanished but not at Cato! I have been raving about our trip there all week. Kudos to this employee or manager, y'all are definitely knocking it out of the park!The store has really cute and trendy clothes for all sizes and they are affordable!”

“I loved all of it! I got some jewelry and outfits that hat have been hard to find elsewhere, and for agreeable prices.One of the bags I got had a rip in it I noticed after purchasing but it’s an easy fix, not worth driving back 30 minutes for.”

“I just want to hop on here and rate 5 stars. It has been nice to find some new work clothes in my size. The manager here is also very friendly and I appreciate that even though I’m a bigger girl she always makes me feel comfortable shopping there and she goes out of her way to put a smile on your face. I’m not sure of her name, but she has pretty long red hair and she told me today she is the manager. I will be shopping here more, and don’t mind spending a few extra dollars here in a clean store with friendly customer service.”

“ROSS is great, but they run out of stuff too fast...GRANBURY NEEDS ANOTHER ROSS AND A NIKE OUTLET MALL. This town is steady growing with massive housing, but no outlet mall to buy kids clothes & shoes. Schools are going to get built but no clothing & footwear shops”

“My wife and I came to grandbury last year in June for our honeymoon. We moved here in June 2023.. this store and the owners have a unique click of client's and super amazing styles. “I bought something about 6 months ago. Loved it so much, I bought another one last week. Yesterday, I saw that it was separating on the seam, so I brought it back today to try and exchange it. I don't remember her name, but she was the owner. She looked but wasn't able to find another one. Well, bummer! She showed me another one that was the same-ish style, but more sturdy. She told me that if I liked it, she would just do a straight exchange. It was about $12 more than the defective one, but she said that she was really sorry about what happened. I checked it out and I liked it, so I accepted it. Every single time I come in here, the associates are always nice. They're helpful, and kind. They have a wonderful assortment of products that would be able to please anyone. I definitely recommend this place, and I will MOST definitely continue to shop here!! Have a BLESSED day!”

“Great places to find unique jewelry and clothing for women. Clothing put together in matching sets you can walk in and carry the hangers of to the register. Very worth the ride!”
