Rude employees and the stockers will run you over if you get in their way. The customer does not come first here and the management will back that up if you don't like being run over by the stockers! Will not return and will drive farther to a better ran Walmart. Only one start because I had to give one.

I just left this store and the lady checked my receipt (which is ok by me) but while she was counting and handling my receipt she was telling me how she was sick. She said she hoped it wasn't anything serious( contagious) . Seriously!?! She doesn't need to be working, let alone touching people's things and exposing them to who knows what!!

really good service as far as getting the job done I think the people here are pretty sluggish on their jobs and have a lot of strange people working here but other than the people they hire it's very clean and I can get my shopping done here very nicely, but watch out because if there is a sale of any type, it gets very busy here but I have been going here for seven years. It's very good.

Not the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Reasonably clean. Well stocked shelves. Associates not tohard to find. Inside is a new Philly Cheesesteak places, Charlie's I think. It's pretty good. Bottom line: People watching not as good here as it is in Tarrant County.

I found an item I wanted at this Walmart I go to pick it up. It rings up almost $20 more expensive than I found it online. I asked the lady she says that's on the website that's not here we don't price match Walmarts website. Snatch the item out of my hand, took it to customer service doing the basket and laughed. I asked to speak to a manager because I wasn't finished talking. Joshua comes up to me and says yes we don't price match are on our website prices we price match anybody else but not our website I said well that's weird well it says you have it in stock since I have in my hand let me purchase an online and pick it up from your store he says that is perfectly fine. I will hold it for you for 48 hours. You can pick it up in two days. I said why I have it right here in my hand you can go to your system and see that I purchased it you can marked as delivered. He said no the price difference so you have to wait if you want it you pay full price completely ridiculous they will price match their own website with the price match everything else. Front end manager pretty much said this is how our system works so you have to pay full price if you want it we offer lower on website to make you wait just so when you get here you get frustrated and spend more money anyways.

This is definitely a small, lake town Walmart. They sit right not the lake, which lends for some nice views and atmosphere, and they offer a lot of items for the lake goer. It's on par with other stores in regards to cleanliness and how it's kept. Same with the staff, always on the go and not really sociable. No one ever asks if you're doing well or if you need help with anything. Not a bad location, but not the best.

Horrible! Horrible! Rude. So rude. Ann (checker 3/18 about 3:30 pm) was hateful and refused to help me. I think it's because I have long hair. She even tried to hide her name badge when I asked her name. I called to talk to Manager land they hung up on me. Tried several times with same un caring result. This will change where I shop and I will no longer order from WalMart on line.

Customer service always seems to be lacking at this location. I go in time and time again to find items and I am met back with angry workers snapping back at me. Items are played either in wrong place or are marked at clearance and ring up at different prices. When asking the people at check out about this it is a fight to get the price it was marked at. This is not the customers fault that it is marked wrong but they make it out to be the customers fault. Another instance I asked a worker in the store about a price of an item, they confirmed it would be on clearance, went to purchase it and it was not, told the lady at the and she told me I needed a note. I am not a worker there so I don't know that I needed that, but if that was what I needed why didn't the employee give that to me? Last instance was I went in for a storage container and needed a lid, couldn't find a lid so I asked a person working. The response? Doesn't look like I have any on the floor and I know I don't have any in the back and if I did have any in the back it'd be in packaging and I can't rip that open, she didn't bother to look. Next thing that was said was they can give you a discount at the front? What's the point in a discount I need a storage container with a lid there's no point in buying one without a lid. Greatly disappointed in lack of wanting to help out customers, they show no care to even try.

Most of the staff are friendly and professional and helpful. If you ask where an item is located they take you to it or they find out which aisle it's on they're great. But, the evening managers asst.managers, shift managers etc.. could care less if you ever shopped there again. They're rude, pissed off and I guess unhappy people. Can't ask a question or ask to clarify answer or anything else. They're arrogant and think they are above all others. Hey I get having a bad day we all have them but I have experienced this bs 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I may not can get everything I want or need at the others but damn near and a lot times it's cheaper. The last time was 4/22/22 I left it all in the basket and went to Kroger and guess the fixed me up. Succeeded where Walmart failed and it was cheaper. Wtf Walmart? Get your managers in line ore is this part of Walmarts protocol. I laugh every time that girl put her hands over her ears and walking off fast saying "I'm not answering any questions" lol she looked and acted like a child.

This is a very large store, with an above average layout. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I purchased an item that I had to return a couple of hours letter, and the lady at the customer service counter was very friendly.
