I’ve always used the UPS store for shipping. The people there are fantastic and always given great service. But today they went above and beyond! I had a very large package to ship and weighed 55 lbs. I got to the store well before they opened, unloaded the box and set it next to the door and was content to wait for them to open. Even though they were closed, Elizabeth came out, and helped me get the package inside and went ahead and processed it to be shipped. Given that I have sat in front of other stores waiting for them to open, this was a first! This is a level of service you don’t see much of anymore. Thanks Elizabeth!!!!

Elizabeth was burried 26 deep in people waiting and still maintained a good attitude. She was abandoned and all alone. Having to lift 2 sets of trk tires bundled together, large boxes and help with the copier service and dealing with Moody customers that had ti wait. This lady maintained a professional attitude
This gal deserves a raise. I ve seen her left alone before and she maintains a good trooper.

Well it’s VALERIE truth be told. She treats me like I am her favorite uncle. Helps me with my returns to Amazon and Yeti. When I need shipping labels and box she talk me through it all with a smile. Simply the best!

The ladies were VERY helpful in packaging & shipping my donation. Pleasant to deal with and quick!! I was feeling guilty a line was starting behind me & another lady came out to start taking care of them!! She took the initiative-didn’t have to be asked!!

The lady with long reddish hair is always unfriendly. Today was no exception. Didn't greet me just said next. Luckily I don't have to go here often but it's ALWAYS this rude lady with the RBF. Took in a package with a label already printed from the company I bought the item from. She still insisted on getting information where it was going. I told her I already had a label on it. She took the package and typed in the information from the label ALREADY ON IT. Then preceded to tell me it was going to be 14.99. Even though I had an email, which I showed her, that said it would cost 6.99. She then said that's what it's going to cost for them to restock it. I said no ma'am. Read the email. She just stared and said it would be 14.99. If a smile was to cross her face it would probably crack. This happened today, June 24. Around 2:30. Please don't respond with I'm so sorry etc.....
This lady needs to be let go. If I could give a zero star I would definitely.

Took in a box of papers to be shredded. Wanted to charge over $40 and refused to take my coupon for 25% off. She said it wasn’t from their website when it literally is upsstore.com.
