Incredibly rude staff, no customer service skills. I will not be renting from this location again. If this had been my first uhaul rental, I would not be using U-Haul again, period.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Front desk receptionist was profoundly rude and unprofessional. Incorrectly filled out my paperwork for the u-haul rental and ended up charging me 300$ more than what was intended what felt like was out of spite for her bad day… your company needs to step up and just do better for your community and the people that commute to our town here in granbury… get it together y’all!!!
Hopefully we can get this issue resolved or fixed.. I never want to come here again. Go elsewhere if possible

I rent vans all the time in town for very short trips...my first time at this location tho...Rented a van for 39.95...went rt less than 12 miles...was gone less than 22 hours...hit my cr cd 2x for a total of 126.91...called csr and after a 45 min conversation was told it did look like i was over chgd and chgd for things I didnt request...2x for an appl dolly...but my wait to speak to them would be ANOTHER 45 min to an hour because he couldnt give me the refund on the obvious scam overcharge...I said you keep the overcharge scam and Ill just give you a great review...so here it is...BEWARE...WATCH YOUR BILL...

Convenient location, good options of U-Haul rental trucks & trailers. The storage units are older units, however, they are well maintained, climate control units and various size options are available, Jennifer was very pleasant and professional during our initial process and during our return of truck & trailer. I will highly recommend for anyone in the Granbury, TX area to consider for your moving and storage needs.

A Rat was visible, where there is 1… it was sitting in the sun next to a unit door as we were being shown units and the property. Attendant was very nice , she saw the rat also but said nothing they could do about it.

Well maintained property, management is all business but still helpful, she was respectful toward me when I mentioned that I drove around the block instead of backing up with the trailer. The lockers themselves are not climate controlled, but are spacious.

This location did not have the truck I needed but Jennifer took the time to locate what I needed and where I needed to go. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The last place I went to just told me they didn't have what I needed and sent me on my way. She made the extra effort to help me and saved me a lot of time.
