“TLDR: M&D Towing Services LLC and their team is just awesome. There was a time crunch and they worked above & beyond for me to make it on time. Use them.Cannot say enough good things.The DISPATCHER worked with me through all the craziness of changing the destination address and trying to get the car there on time and answered all of my many calls with cheery helpfulness, even giving text updates to put my nerves at rest. AND she did all the talking with Allstate so I wouldn't have to be stuck on hold forever.The TOW TRUCK DRIVER traverse the mud that is currently my property to get to the car. He set me up to post payment on the way so I'd be able to head straight to the rental place. He even dropped me off a couple blocks early at the car rental place when he heard I'd be running (literally) there from the mechanic to get there before close.”
