“Does anyone answer the phone? I'm not going to leave a bad review or anything but honestly can't think of another way to let the store know that if anyone has questions their is no way to get help. I have tried many many times over a two week period. No one has ever answered. Is it that the phone number listed is not answered as a common practice? And you have to leave a message? Would anyone call you back? Or is it just the wrong number? Would like to donate a lot of items and just had a few questions. I do wish the customer service was better.”
