On Tuesday, December 26th we received exceptional service at the Subway store in Acton. I did not get her name, but the young lady working all by herself during the lunch hour did a fantastic job. She had a great attitude, was cheerful, efficient and did an amazing job doing the work of three people.

I have been going to this subway for many years. My husband and I went in yesterday to get a sandwich. We have never been treated so badly by the staff. When we asked a question, the staff got short with us. The staff that was there acted like they didn’t want to be there. I have never been treated so badly. We had to ask for a sack to carry our food and didn’t even get napkins. I don’t know what is happening to Granbury. For years everyone was kind and nice to each other. Now that we have had so many people from all over the US move to Granbury, people are getting very rude and so unfriendly. Granbury never used to be that way. The service here in Granbury has gotten so poor. The staff that we dealt with yesterday was so unhappy. I know know if we will ever go back. We might if the staff that was there yesterday won’t be there.

We stopped in so my daughter could buy us lunch. Bought three sandwiches. My daughters and my grandsons bread was hard. Mine was even harder could snap it right in half. I can't imagine as hard as that bread was The person making the sandwiches couldn't have noticed. Really unfortunate thing is I talked her into going to that Subway instead of her regular one. I was wrong! Well not return!!!!!

I recently purchased 3 subs and paid with my credit card. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and left my card behind. It was two days before I realized I didn't have my credit card and decided I better call the store before driving the distance to find out if they had it. I called the store 6 times leaving it ringing at least 10 rings each time with no answer!! I double checked that I had the correct number and I did. Since I was pretty sure I left it there I just drove to the store. Before entering I hit their phone number for the 7th time on my phone and heard their phone ringing and ringing as I stood there and watched an older lady who worked there and a young kid getting themselves drinks. There was 1 person ahead of me so I left my phone ringing the store number the whole time I was in line and not 1 of the 4 people working there answered the phone! As I was grateful they had my card I couldn't help but ask why no one is answering their phone, and the answer was we were busy , sorry about that (3 in the afternoon)!! Seven different phone calls with NO ANSWER, REALLY?? So.... don't try to call an order in advance cause "they are busy and can't answer their phones"!!

I try this location often but I’m done. Bunch of incompetent dopes. I just picked up another crappily thrown together mess of a sandwich that was SUPPOSED to have meat yet all I kept getting was bites of soggy bread all to find maybe a table spoons worth of chicken!? I threw it away. Waste of money, time and now I get to go hungry until dinner. Don’t count on these idiots to make your online order right, or on time.

The store itself is fine , but MICHELE.... Let's just say she needs to be retrained, maybe even 2 more times. I watched her blatantly ignore her coworker who was asking for help ( due to being new ) ringing in our order - she chose to act like she couldn't hear him- simply because she didn't want to. I tried to get her attention for him and she then ignored me and continued to work on a mobile order. She is rude and would likely never come back if she is working. Get better manners Michelle.

The older lady is super rude everytime I come in. I always forget what kind of bread it is a like so everytime I ask what the breads are she rolls her eyes at me and acts like it's something I should know. Not to mention her saying "you had enough yet" when all I asked for was some bacon on my sandwich. Also she was being really mean to her employees. Making them feel frigid, timid and rushed. They were all having a hard time because of her unproffesional behavior.
