Do not let spectrum into your home! They damaged a wall in my brand new house and it is impossible trying to get them to repair it in a timely manner. Never, ever will I ever let anyone from Spectrum on my property.

Ronda was amazing. I was trying to get an old iPhone 6s Plus I had in a kitchen drawer unlocked from AT&T so I could try out Spectrum's Mobile service. Ronda helped me every step of the way, and was the most transparent representative I've ever dealt with. It involved a few trips to the store (not Spectrum's fault) but she even kept in contact with me via email to save me some trips to the store as we sorted things out on AT&Ts end.
While I was in the store on my last visit - she was helping another couple out, and the couple saw me standing there waiting and said "This woman is the best!" and I said "I know, Ronda is awesome!!!"
Ronda has set the bar high - Spectrum management, protect her at all costs, and give her a raise!

Ronda was and has been the go to person for all things Spectrum for me and my family. After other experiences I can say with all honesty that Ronda in the Granburry store on 377 by HEB is the only reason I am still a loyal customer with Spectrum.
Ronda is knowledgeable polite and has always made our experience a pleasure.
You would do well as an organization to provide more service like Ronda provides.

Granted I had to make several trips to get everything resolved but I had several things on my end to take care of to make it happen. Each time I entered the store Rhonda welcomed me she even started calling me by name. She had patience and knowledge to get the job done. I appreciate her service.

Absolutely terrible. I went in asked a simple question about my account. When I made it home the employee had given two people new I phones at my expense. I was charged to my card on file, 2 lines were added. I spend 2 days trying to get this unacceptable error corrected. 100% fraud was committed. No apologies nothing but Nasty attitude from Holly who is the one who caused all this as well as unacceptable lame excuses. To go one step further at the end of my 2 hour wait on the second day of trying to get this corrected, she had the adasity to laugh at me with the customer who had gotten the phones on my dime. No one has reached out to apologize or make right an Absolutely unexceptable actions. I'm really considering canceling my service this was a complete violation.

Went about 40 minutes from home to make it here after my BF got off. When I got there the manager was very rude, I went in to upgrade my phone, she looked at her watch and said "not at 7:30 you're not" they close at 8. I tried to explain I don't need any of my data off my old phone to cut the time of the upgrade and she reluctantly asked me if I already knew what phone I wanted. I picked the phone quickly and went to the back. She took a look at my broken phone and refused the upgrade.
Prior to my visit here I called the customer service for spectrum mobile, explaining exactly how my phone is broken so I could be sure that I wouldn't go out of town to upgrade it. I just think this lady really didn't want to help me. Or the phone customer service people have no clue what I was talking about.
I'm switching companies, I'm over it.
