I gave them 5 stars originally but EVERYTIME I go get the same thing the price has been different 3 times. When I asked about it they said IDC. Going to HEB INSTEAD

I am compelled to share our disheartening experience at the Spec's Liquor store in Granbury. My wife and I, long-time patrons of this store, recently encountered an issue that has left us reconsidering our loyalty.On our latest visit, we noticed a promotion for a particular bourbon limited to "one per customer." Seeing an opportunity, my wife and I each decided to purchase a bottle separately, with distinct shopping baskets, intending to check out independently, as the promotion's rules permitted.However, as we proceeded to different registers, the store manager, Crystal, intervened publicly. She announced loudly in front of other customers and employees that my wife should not be sold the bourbon because "they are together," pointing directly at me. This action not only caused significant embarrassment to us both but also felt unjustly personal and targeted.Crystal's handling of the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful, lacking the courtesy and tact expected from someone in her position. The rest of the staff did not seem to share her viewpoint but were unable to act otherwise under her directive.We are disheartened by this experience, primarily due to Crystal's demeanor and the unnecessary public spectacle. It's regrettable that what should have been a simple transaction escalated into a situation where we felt humiliated. We are now uncertain about returning to a store where the management seems to prioritize rigid enforcement over customer satisfaction and discretion.

First off, the selection of beverages is vast. Very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and readily available to answer any questions, and point you in the right direction. Quick and easy check out, kept the line moving. Overall pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend it for all your spirits..
