as a black woman living in lil ole white granbury i was very dissatisfied to find that y'all do not carry any products that cater to my hair needs. Customer service was excellent but come on really. help a girl out!!

I love the management at this store. She will take the time to talk with you about the products and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and a satisfied customer. Great job, I highly recommend Sally's in Granbury!!!!

I love Sally's! Everyone is always so helpful and nice. I have never felt uncomfortable asking about anything at all, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and give good honest advice and recommendations.

The manager is a NIGHTMARE to deal with! (A short woman who "used to do makeup") While in the store this past week, I overheard her talking down to a customer who merely asked a question about a product. Then my turn came. I purchased a 7 row Denman brush which rang up for considerably more than the listed price. When I asked her to clarify the price she huffed "it's ringing up for " x" amount, do you want me to remove it from your purchase" I replied "No thanks, I need the brush but it's clearly marked on the shelf for MUCH lower, can I show you"? She grudgingly came around (mind you there was ONE other person in the store who had repeatedly said they were browsing and didn't need any help) So, the manager comes around and I show her where it's clearly marked for a lower price and that even the 9 row Denman brush is marked lower on the shelf than what the 7 row brush is ringing up for. She repeatedly told me "it was misplaced" like she couldn't accept "whoops, you're right but it's gone up in price since placed on the shelf" Calm your britches woman, it wasn't placed in the wrong spot..... Your products are MISLABELED!!! Humble yourself and accept when you're wrong. It's okay! I paid the higher price, I am happy to have the brush even at the higher price BUT to be cut off and yelled at "it's in the wrong spot" when I clearly showed you it's NOT and two of your items are marked wrong.... Accept that!! ?

Great prices they have a senior citizen's discount they were very busy on Saturday but they seem to take care of everybody you can call in and sign up for a time slot or you can do walk-ins. And I had this wonderful girl by the name of Tammy excellent

They were great at helping me find what I needed! Only part I didn’t like was two employees were loudly talking about and making fun off a employee that had a lisp but wasn’t at work that day. They were even mocking her by mimicking her lisp. I found it really rude.

I usually like Mesquite Pitt but not this time. Had a chopped brisket sandwich. It had no flavor, no smoke smell or taste at all and it was pretty tough.

Lindsayyyyyyyyy is amazing. Went in after the Tresemme lawsuit hit and she hooked me up so good!!!! She knew product and was able to make me feel good about changing after 9 yrs or so using the same thing. My little one wanted to do something funky too her hair and she had us there too and to top it all off ... it was like hanging out with an old friend and doing hot girl stuff!!!!!!! Your missing out if you don’t go see her and let her do for you what she did for me!!!!!
