ROSS is great, but they run out of stuff too fast...GRANBURY NEEDS ANOTHER ROSS AND A NIKE OUTLET MALL. This town is steady growing with massive housing, but no outlet mall to buy kids clothes & shoes. Schools are going to get built but no clothing & footwear shops

The employees are fine, very nice, but the music is awful, it's like walking into a bar. Not a clothing store, I didn't look long because of the music. If you play music , let it be a variety....

This location is usually low on merchandise and extremely messy. The customer service is lacking. Doing a return can seem difficult sometimes.

I have always been a bargain shopper, so used to be a big fan of Ross stores from Wichita KS, to Prescott AZ, but not the one in Granbury TX. I had a previous really bad experience where the store clerk & the local store manager were very rude, in front of other customers, when I was attempting to return item without a receipt. But, it has been almost a year & was needing to return Christmas gift "with" receipt. Was exchange for exactly same size, brand, color, as found dent. However, even though I had bought the return item less than 10 days b4, the only other one they had was $2.49 more, & I was made to pay the difference! $2.49+ tax did not break the bank, but it was exactly the same, minus a decent!! If no receipt, would of been exact exchange! Can't win with this store, & will not return! Ross store 30 miles north in Weatherford Texas is good, recommend steer clear of Granbury Ross, know I will!

Ross never fails to have nice things for cheaper prices. Just never know what you will find or if they will have it at a later date. But I love shopping there.

some good deals available, but I suggest you know the actual cost before going in. also realize the designer labels are likely knock offs
