We’ve had such a great experience working with Rick’s Hardware! Even at our first appointment, we felt so welcomed and everything was very neatly organized making a possible, overwhelming experience, simple and quick. We worked directly with the Manager, Ken, who is so intelligent and professional. You just don't get a better customer than what you get with Rick's! These guys are awesome and they stand behind their work. And here's a hint... If you buy a Durango door, don't get your hardware from Durango - they won't install it right and they'll want to charge you $200 just to come look at it if something goes wrong. Buy your hardware from Rick's and let those experts install it once the door is in place. Chances are nothing will go wrong with the hardware then. But if it does, Rick's will stand behind their work!!! I've worked with both Jeff and Ken and they both rock!

I had to have my cabinets repainted. Rick's supplied my original hardware. I made an appointment to have the hardware put back on. I made an appointment and they confirmed the appointment couple of days before it was scheduled. They showed up on time and did a very nice job and cleaned up after. Antonio was very nice and professional. Thank You.

We gutted our 1952 farmhouse and installed new cabinets. We found antique knobs and handles but they were metric and finding the correct screws was difficult. A cabinet company recommends Rick’s. It was well worth the drive. The three gentleman combed the inventory until we were able to secure almost 100 screws. They even threw in a few extra.Also, I was also able to find a long sought after showerhead.If you love unique plumbing fixtures, knobs and handles, sold to you by some of the bestest friendliest guys around then get over to Rick’s and tell them the Weatherford Hayden’s sent you.?

I only have the exact words for the superior level of customer service and kindness we experienced from Ricks Hardware. Not only did they go out of their way to get us a new deadbolt- they provided all the info we needed to get it installed correctly and quite honestly, were just absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them and will be making sure any future needs are purchase thru Ricks.
