The office manager (Mandy) goes over and beyond with customer service, invoicing and properly applying my payments in a timely manner. The security at the facility is second to none. I have never used a storage facility that comes close to the exceptional customer service and great attitudes that the owner and Mandy has shown since renting my first unit a few years ago.A note to the 2 star hater down below. I was with them during the time you are referring to. The grass you referred to was for the cows in the back pasture. All the trash you mentioned was the leftovers that your wife let you have when she kicked you out that weekend. I stood there at my boat in disbelief as you left the facility such a mess. Slum lords, lol, these slum lords can continue watching over my $100k boat till the day I sell it. Actually all the slum left 7 years ago.”
