“Had a great experience at the Granbury store. Employees at the store were awesome!!! Totally professional and courteous. I enjoyed dealing with all of them. While I was there, they dealt with a busy atmosphere and an irate customer. The irate customer’s problem was a corporate issue and couldn’t be solved in the Store. This adult (who acted like a child) raised his voice and puffed his chest. Basically insulting the employees and being very rude. Truly I was embarrassed for this man. The employees tried to help and called corporate. They acted professionally and respectful. After the call it was confirmed that nothing could be done in the store so the customers left mad. I applaud the employees for their restraint in dealing with these angry people.”

“I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to Hunter. I upgraded my iPhone yesterday and when the new phone got delivered to my house today I had issues setting it up so I drove to the store and got there 7 minutes before closing and Hunter said don’t worry about it and we sat down and he fixed the issue and helped me set up my new phone and had a great attitude the whole time. Just felt he needed recognition and the store is very well kept. Well done!!!”
