Found a possible vehicle online, set an appointment with a salesperson and drove my trade vehicle to Shottenkirk Ford. After a short visit, a vehicle that better matched my requirements was brought up. Made a deal on the trade value and purchase price of the new vehicle and left as a very satisfied buyer.

Im an 8 level reviewer. I wouldnt come to this dealership. They said they were going to give us deals and find the best bank to finance. Sadly with our credit score above 720+ no good deals. Just wasted our time!!! So disappointed. They can keep their trucks drying up and rotting in their lots. They dont give it away for a fair deal. I remember i was a car salesman before and the best seller salesman was middle easterns who would pretend to look dumbest. Selling cars like pancakes. But Theyre sad when they make 5k from a car sale. While i was happy to make 500$. The mananger kicked me out. Im happy im out. At least i dont have to rip off anyone. He said its not the place for me..my advice...dont buy used car. Always brand new and best promotional rates. Dont let them put you in a car. Get outside finance approval from credit unions. Have a great day!

We bought a Dodge Ram about 6 months ago and Kirk still has not sent the title. Reached out to them about a dozen times. They seem to have lost the title and are totally ignoring our calls and text requests. Horrible customer service.

Got jacked around, do not recommend this place. Salesman Matthew didnt like that we weren’t putting a deposit and that we wanted strictly financing. He told us it was too late for them to run the bank financing and that the banks won’t get back past 5pm, which sounds a little off. after we said we didnt want to put a deposit of $7,000 on a 2018 $16,000 vehicle he told us to go home because there was no sense in waiting around for bank approval. A week passed and all he can do is text saying he had been busy he will call another time. Yet not a call back. We have reached out many times throughout the week asking to speak to the manager and have not received one single call back from any of them. So needless to say they’re not wanting to help their customers and I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with them.

These guys are crooked. They don’t even care if you’re a disabled veteran either! Snakes! They post vehicles at prices that are fair to lure you in. Then hit you with 5k in useless fees. $4k to recondition a basically brand new vehicle? Come on. Do better. How does a year old vehicle go up 6k higher than the original window sticker? With no upgrades?

Don't waste your time with this dealership. I tried to purchase a used truck at FULL advertised list price plus TTL and they did not accept that offer and would not let me purchase it without buying a $2k extended warranty.... CRAZY!!! Classic Used car sales tactics! Very disappointed. And I had heard good things about the shottenkirk dealerships. Stay away!

After being in touch with a salesman who knew I was coming to look at a car with my own financing, I drove an hour for them to tell me they don't accept outside financing. Wasted my time. This is a prime example of why ppl loathe dealerships.

Do not use their service department.
I would recommend to not use this Ford Dealership. They intentionally try to scam you and take your money. Our F250 was leaking oil from multiple spots. It was under warranty and I took it in to Shottenkirk. After no contact with them for a week, I finally reached my service advisor who was a joke. He kept telling me they were working on it. After more time I called in again looking for an update, come to find out my service advisor was fired and no one knew the status of my pickup. After more time they supposedly fixed the leak under warranty.
I had the pickup back for only a couple of days and found another leak. After more time in the shop, the pickup was supposedly fixed. I drive it for a few days and it's STILL leaking oil. This was the 3rd time over the course of 2 months. They drug this out to bill Ford over the warranty as I was guaranteed money for the shop. The funny thing was all of a sudden, additional issues were coming up on my vehicle that weren't there before. After spending close to $2300 to fix the issues that weren't covered by warranty I finally got my pickup back.
HOWEVER, the pickup was making a funny sound so I took it to another shop in town. Shottenkirk had bent the fan clutch bracket and the fan clutch grommet was missing causing the clutch to contact the assembly when they pulled the front end of my pick up off to fix the oil leaks. When I asked them to pay the 1800 dollars to fix the parts they damaged, they would only pay 1100 because "that's what it would cost us to fix it". There was no way I was going to allow them near my vehicle again.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT SCAMMED INTO ADDITIONAL ISSUES ON YOUR VEHICLES! They will cause more issues instead of fixing the existing ones to drive additional dollars out of your pocket and into theirs.
