DO NOT USE THEM FOR FFL. 1. They held my gun for over 24 hours so they can "put it on their system" 2. They did not call me when it was ready like they said they would. 3. They charge a $75 transfer fee, which is high but would be understandable if customer service was great, which it was not. (A normal FFL fee in the area is $25-$35.)
The guys that work here are nice but there are way too many other options for FFL to deal with this ridiculous experience.

Staff was very polite and had great knowledge of the items they were selling. Helped my son buy his first firearm and made him feel extra special for his birthday. If you're looking for a family type of shop that you can count on this is the place for you. This is my new go to shop. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, even though they were busy. Walked out with my gun in less than 20 minutes. Prices were very competitive to online. SUPPORT LOCAL

The $80 holster they just sold him doesn’t even fit my husbands Glock 17, Staff was lounging on the counters and gave the worst service, and the used compact Sig was $200 more than we found at another store.

Brought in my 1911 for a part replacement, they broke one of the pins in the handle and didn’t say anything about it. Noticed when I got home.

What a rip-off. Had 2 guns to transfer so I filled out one set of paperwork and got one background check and they charged me for 2 transfers. I’ve done that many, many times before and I’ve always been charged one transfer fee (you can put multiple firearms on one form). But they decided to charge me a transfer fee for each firearm. Not only is it overpriced at $40 each, it’s flat out gouging when you charge it twice and then tax on top. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the guy I was dealing with actually knew what he was doing. While waiting I happened to look around and notice all the stuff in the store was ridiculously overpriced. The average gun was $100-200 over fair market. Save your money and your time and go to Right to Carey or Pirate’s Den.

50% good...50% bad...its a crapshoot on customer service or knowledge or attitude...

Helpful, friendly, great service. The people that helped me with a red dot sight were knowledgeable and installed the sight at no charge.

Walked in right before they closed to get a hunting license and we were in and out in a few minutes! Great service!

I've bought a couple of guns here! Fair pricing! The manager knows his stuff! He installed a new trigger for me on my new Springfield Hellcat, and I am very, very happy with it.
I've never bought any of their fishing gear but they look like they have a little bit of everything! Overall great gun store!

Can't say enough good things about this Gun shop❗️I'll drive past 10 gunshops just to shop at Marksmen, the customer service is great and the prices too.

Good selection of handguns and long arms. Pistols are about 50/50 striker-fired vs hammer, from a range of manufacturers. Also some revolvers. Selection of mags and gun parts.Well staffed, nice crew. I'd buy here. [Heck, I'd work here, it's a candy store.]Also carries fishing gear. Must get back when I have more time.

Terrible customer service. Employees are not only not helpful but fairly rude. Both times I've gone into the store I greeted everyone with a "good morning" and they just stared and said nothing. I had an item that I had bought from there with some issues. Instead of trying to help me out to see what was wrong or offer me a replacement (which I had the receipt) they told me to just go through the manufacturer, which may be their policy but honestly customer service is a basic part of owning a business and while I might expect this reaction with a customer whos an a-hole, I certainly wasn't. Thanks for being low on the totem pole of first impressions, would not recommend.
