Lowes has a better layout and it's not so junky looking which makes finding things easier including getting help from employees

what a horrible experience. I walked back in the shop after I purchased $600 outdoor table that came out without screws for the chairs. they introduced me to Mr Robinson. the main manager of the shop. I tried to explain what I needed but the guy started walking without even answering or communicating with me in any way, just walking with his head straight like zombie trying to show off his bad ass look. I didnt know where that was coming from but I couldn't give much time to an attitude that comes from nowhere and for no reason. he told me with firm eyes to wait for somebody instead to take the screws himself and give them to me. over ten minutes of waiting and I see passing by with 2 customers without looking at me, so I followed him and when he turned around i had to deal with his funny bad ass look on his face again, he took his little radio and staring at me he said the gentlem his coming over there now! I really didn't want to deal with his depressiion that tries to to vent off at work and with the wrong people.Very bad customer service from a character that shows up with a freak look and not professional for the position that Lowe's gave him. mr Robinson your device really sucked like your haircut lol.

unsafe store, they do not care about customers. they act real nice but do not be fooled. they go around on their forklift without flaggers, on the lifts without barricades. really popular store but so unsafe, "accidents" waiting to happen.

Spring time garden plants and flowers. It's always crazy busy. I wish that they had a better space for vegetable plants. It was very small, and generally, only a person could walk in the narrow aisle ways. Not really enough room to squat down to look at the plants on the lower level. I'm not sure what happened since last year but I wish the layout was better. Not even room to take a shopping cart with you this year.

Went in in the afternoon to get some plants and they had a pretty good assortment. Got our plants and there was only on cashier checking people out in the garden area. There was a long line of people trying to make their purchases and leave. Finally a second cashier showed up and the lines were split up and processed quickly. Pretty fair experience.
Went in this morning to get get some paver stones. A very nice young man (staff) assisted me in loading my cart and volunteered to help me load my vehicle. He was a staffer that Lowe's should be proud of. I also observed him helping an elderly female with her purchases. Check out was quick and easy. Great experience.

Do not pay for Lowes extended warranty on appliances. It is not worth the paper it is printed on. They do not do what they promise.

So this is possibly the worst run Lowe's in Texas. Sadly this is the only Lowe's in the area. I've had multiple problems getting help at this store. They are severely understaffed compared with Home Depot. I kept giving them passes because they do have clean, well organized stores. Most recently was there to pickup a few items on a Saturday morning. Got to self check out and they 1 elderly lady trying her best but she was completely overwhelmed. She kept checking people out on her register while the other self checkout lanes had customers with error messages and so everyone was just standing around. She apparently didn't know how to call for help. They only had 1 other cashier working a full service line. Long line formed and everyone was getting upset. I squarely blame extremely poor Management!! How does this Store manager keep their job??

These guys are struggling with delivering appliances through third party delivery folks. Maybe Home Depot for me next time, shame.
