I recently visited Kwik Kar and had the pleasure of being assisted by Larry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Larry took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience. His expertise and friendly demeanor truly set him apart. I took my Enclave in here for a problem that another shop in Dallas said I needed fixed.. come to find out.. it ended up being something completely different and for a fraction of the price! I am forever grateful for these guys for really taking the time to find out what was going on and shooting me straight! From now on, this is the only mechanic I will be taking my car too and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone else as well!

Wonderful experience. Not only did they save me money by double checking what another shop told me was wrong, when it was really another thing, but Larry and Donnie were very nice and patient with me in explaining everything. I will be back with both of my vehicles! Thank you gentlemen for your customer service and patience as I asked questions.

Very rude and unprofessional
Came in for inspection was next in line truck pulled up and they took him ahead of me. Called before I came and they had no wait now been sitting here 30 minutes. Will not come back

When it was my turn they didn't even attempt to inspect my car an said all my tires were bad when I know for a fact they weren't an said we won't pass or fail u just send u on your way except my front drivers side tire may have had a small leak it's slowy going low as the day goes by idk I was not happy with the services an will not be coming back an he kinda made me feel stupid when he was explaining an how he was explaining everything!!! Don't go to this place!!!!! I will never in my life recommend them to any family or friends

I normally have my oil change done by the one in Benbrook. Same company different place but I’ve never payed $85. 00 for an oil change and none of my fluids were even filled!!! 9/11/24 12:26 pm . Then to top it off they were saying I had the wrong oil in my car I’m suppose to be using this other one just bringing stuff to my attention that the other Kwik Kar wasn’t doing. I’ll never go back or refer anyone to this place.

Go somewhere else! 2nd or 3rd time that I called ahead. They said bring it tomorrow when I had time then, so I make time the next day when I show up they say we are short of staff and can’t do it that day. The guy was real nice, but when this happens several times, it proves they are NOT people of their word.

Great service here! We had to get our A/C fixed, and they did an outstanding job. All the workers there are friendly and helpful. Larry, the manager, is doing a great job here as you can tell by how busy they are.

Prior visits to this facility were rather disappointing. Now, under the new management of Larry, a certified mechanic, I highly recommend this Kwik Kar. They did great work at a great price on a brake system overhaul for my Jaguar. I trust them to service my vehicles in a professional and competent manner. Check them out!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Professional, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! Helped prevent big issues with a leaking and damaged oil pan that needed replacing, all at a great cost! Even took care of my vehicles inspection and oil change after that! It is very hard to find a crew of professionals and mechanics, but Kwik Kar @ Granbury has both! Larry, Amber and the crew took such great care of me, I would be doing a disservice to my community to not ensure everyone knew to stop here for your vehicular needs!
