These dudes are some of the coolest guys. I broke down right at their door and thought my trans had gone bad. Well, they looked at it and in less than 30 minutes they knew what the issue was and fixed the problem.enormous amounts of respect guys. highly recommend

I hate the bait and switch tactics. Got an estimate for AC compressor replacement that was $1200 only to end up paying $1500. You will be told that parts prices change daily which really means you will pay more. My AC compressor was $753 bucks. That’s a 20% increase from quote. BMW dealership sells OEM replacement for $528. Biggest complaint is the kid at the desk simply doesn’t give a **** when you ask him about it. “That’s just the price…”. Told him that’s not a good way to get repeat business. Simply said “yes sir”. Don’t care about the slight increase in price, if legit, but this is a dishonest company we need out of Granbury.

JCS Automotive is THE place to go for all your automotive repair needs. Bert and his staff of highly trained & thorougly knowlegable mechanics had the problems with our Mercedes Benz ML500 diagnosed and parts ordered in short order and were able to get us back on the road ASAP. The cost was very reasonable, and their work was over the top. For quality work, this is the place to go. If you're in or near Granbury TX, I trust these folks and highly recommend you do too.
