People tend to post complaints but I have to share a positive experience I had at 7AM this morning.I'm hosting a Ladies sleepover weekend and as many of you are probably experiencing, I have to go to multiple stores to get all the ingredients for recipes.This morning, I arranged for curbside at 7am at both H‑E‑B and Walmart. Walmart was out of things I needed and when I got to H‑E‑B, I asked if one particular item (fairly expensive) could be added to my order. The answer was "no" so they GAVE it to me to "thank me for my business." Brycen is the young man that made that happen. H‑E‑B always exceeds my expectations but this gesture left me speechless. H‑E‑B is the furthest grocery store from my house but because of employees like him, I will always make that 1 hour round trip to support such a great company and staff. #iLoveHEB This is exactly what my Visnostics books teach to sales and marketing teams; Always treat clients the way you want to be treated and the revenue will follow. #visnosticsalesandmarketing

Went through curbside pickup to pick up a script med. HEB was super busy and curbside was the quickest way without having to deal with the crowd. This was very convenient. Staff was cordial and attentive. Good experience.

Horrible service 3 times now they have waited til I'm parked in a spot to finally shop for my stuff.. DO NOT understand the point of ordering hours before if they aren't going to shop for it beforehand. Also your lucky if u get home with all of your items

I recently started shopping at HEB and really enjoy both the Cleburne and Granbury stores which are almost equal distance from my home (Cleburne is a bit closer). The Granbury store is larger with more selection and when I have time to spare I love to go to this store just to browse the aisles. I also love love love the order online and pick up at the store feature this is a great time saver for us.

I've always liked HEB, and this one is in a great area of Granbury. The parking lot as some very large trees out front that is landscaped and bulkheaded in areas. Gives lots of shade and great look to the store front. Inside is like the others, helpful staff, lots of foods and such that other stores don't offer or even attempt to try. Lots of premade items. Even with plants, which was why we went in today. They have some special philodendrons in stock for way cheaper than the plant stores. Ring of Fire, White Wizard, Pink Princess... these were all $20 with the coupon they had attached to the display table. We usually walk through the meat section as well, they usually have a lot of good meats for less than the competition. Always worth a look. Vegetables are always fresh looking, they carry a good bit that others don't, both organic and regular fare. This store is a nice one.

This HEB WAS a good one until Granbury exploded in growth from everyone and their dog moving here! It's now swamped with people, pedestrian traffic, trucks and cars. I avoid it now like the plague and go to other stores!

I love H-E-B because of the amazing service and even better selection of goods. It's my daughters 14th birthday tomorrow and they had everything I needed to throw a Parisian themed bash. The store is clean and the bakery staff was especially kind and helpful. It is truly a pleasure to get my groceries here. Also I don't know who is in charge of the music but it was playing all the hits from the 90s that I love

There is never a time that this grocery store is not absolutely crazy but I am still willing to come here because they have so many items that you're not going to find at your traditional grocery store. I could make the worlds longest list of things that are better at H-E-B purely because H-E-B makes them... Tortillas.....Guacamole....Tres Leche....Fajitas. Alll the best you can find. Need I say more? The pre-made items are also great for saving that prep time when busy. It's also my go to spot for weekends at the lake, for flowers, for desserts and more.

There are three gas stations in close proximity in this area, HEB is one of them. We use a gas app to determine which one has the lowest prices. HEB is usually not the winner in this category. But maybe they have an incentive program that might balance things out. we generally find the gas across the street at the other shopping store to be less expensive, especially with our rewards discount. But this past weekend HEB was lower than the other two, so we used it. Perfectly okay place to buy fuel, but I know nothing about its quality. The one thing I don't like, see picture, is they offer the option to have a fuel additive, but there is no indication whatsoever of price. So I am baffled by that.Bottom line: Checking to see if there are discounts or incentives for registered HEB shoppers.
