Was put in hold by jessica while she was helping a customer and ended up just having full blown conversations about dc characters with a few customers while im on hold for over 15mins. Guessing she forgot that she did, still frustrating anf not good service on my end.

Pre-ordered a game and paid in full a couple months early.Arrive to pick up the game and they've resold it, and said they only hold them for 3 days, which was never mentioned and no one contacted me to notify me of the preorder arrival. Why did I pay in full and preorder..... I was offered a refund. Terrible service.

There’s nothing wrong with the company as a whole. My problem however is I had bought an elite series 2 controller back in September and had purchased a warranty WITH a GameStop pro member account (in total, the controller was about 240 with warranty). Well these controllers are known to have terrible engendering behind them and break easily. Mine had suffered horrible stick drift along side my girlfriends. So I called and said I had a warranty with it and they had said I could bring it and replace it with a brand new one. Awesome. So I pack everything like I was supposed to then head over. From my knowledge, you can look up the receipt on the computer with the membership (I had the warranty sticker on the controllers box) and instead of trying to help, the clerk then tried to sell me the controller he said he would trade this one with. He said “they were on discount” but were actually the same MSRP as they were when I bought mine nearly a year ago. So now I’m just going to tear mine open and fix it myself. Not worth the 75 dollar warranty and not worth the 175 controller. Overall a bad time.

Bought a Nintendo switch for my son for his birthday. Chandler was the most knowledgeable, friendly, best customer service person I've dealt with in a really long time. He gave us all the info, my son was super excited, everything was great. Would definitely recommend this store.

Up to date games, amazing staff, and a fair price on reused games, a bit small it is still a nice store.
