FedEx in granbury is awful. I order Factor meals weekly and haven’t had much of a problem until about a month ago. They have been delivering to the wrong address (I live in an apartment complex of 240 apartments), even with picture proof of the wrong door. This time my food was delivered a day late and spoiled since it’s 100°+ outside. I was planning to use these for my meals last night and the rest of the week, but I’ve just thrown both food and money in the trash because they can’t deliver on time. I also get packages delivered to my door that do not have my address, so it becomes my responsibility to deliver to the neighbors. I have tried reaching out to FedEx directly and they don’t respond. Use usps or ups for all delivery needs!

Fed ex granbury has failed horribly in their efforts to deliver to me. 5 out of the last 6 deliveries arrived 3 to 4 days AFTER FED EX CLAIMED THAT THE ITEMS WERE ON TRUCK and OUT FOR DELIVERY.

I have to wonder about the Fedex drivers in Granbury, it seems they do not know maneuver a culs de sac so they drive into someone's driveway/ private property. Not too smart the culs de sac is 10 feet away. UPS seems to hire the same drivers 'not too smart'. And Fedex and ups don't train their drivers to remain off of private property.

I brought a $184.01 dollar return to be shipped with this location. After 3 weeks I check my tracking and it never left the facility. I called and they have no record of my package. A huge loss on my end. Never again!

Shipped various items in various sizes and weights to other states. Never a problem with handling or delivery. Will say that FedEx packaging is high and would recommend boxing the items yourself.

Just tried to drop off a package Saturday 1/4/20 at 5:25pm and the store was closed. Online and phone recording both say the store closes at 6pm. Won’t be using this location again.
