Karens hang up on call waiting and have the customer service skills of a bull in a China shop. Only went to this one out of necessity and hoped it had changed from the past, but it hasn't.

The last 3 times I've tried to call a prescription in, they've informed they were out of it and had been for months. Save yourself the literal aches and pains, and just find another pharmacy in Granbury

This review would be zero stars if that was a choice. The insurance I am provided through my employer requires I use CVS to fill maintenance medications, otherwise I would take my business elsewhere. Upon requesting a refill on my asthma medication, I received a message stating CVS had reached out to my doctor to see if they could give me something else since they were unable to fill a 90 day supply. This is not just any old prescription like an antibiotic. This is a medication that I have been prescribed to help me breathe and we have been through many to find the one that works. Anyway, apparently the pharmacist put in my prescription incorrectly. According to the insurance company, the pharmacy was supposed to contact them when they received the rejection so that they could give them a code to override the 90 day supply. Easy fix, right? Well apparently not. I called the pharmacist and she told me that they don't call the insurance company-the insurance company is supposed to call them. How would the insurance company know to call the pharmacy in the first place? After arguing with me, the pharmacist finally agreed to take the phone number, saying, "I will call them if I get to it." I know this is a busy season and I am just one of many customers that they see. However, this is a pretty important medication that I requested on the day I was allowed to fill it. We are now down to 3 days before I run out and I'm going to be without because a pharmacist can't be inconvenienced to follow the protocols the insurance company has set in place. I am so disappointed in customer service received at this business and I would encourage you to use any other pharmacy if you are able.

This pharmacy has the worst service I have ever encountered. Picking up a prescription always takes at least half an hour. This time they have caused me to go more than a week without filling my prescription even though my Dr called it in 2 weeks ago. This is medication that is necessary for my heart function.

Carepass would not work. Could not use my coupons, carepass or extrabucks rewards. Started to just leave everything on the counter. Could not get anyone to answer at CVS corp about their computer issues. Was holding up the line and the associate was very nice, and apologetic as the computer system was not working. Manager was also on phone with corp CVS and not getting anywhere.

I have used this pharmacy for years, we now have homes both here in Granbury and in a small community in NM... My prescription needs are transferred and handled smoothly as I travel back and forth from both locations randomly. The minute clinics and the services they provide are exceptional.

Like I am so lost for words I just called CVS here in granbury to get a prescription transferred to the pharmacy to get filled and the pharmacy tech just told me that she cannot promise that I'll get my prescription today because they are short-handed like okay that has to do with what I have never seen anything like

This store is incredibly slow in filling prescriptions. INCREDIBLY SLOW. I have never been able to pick up a prescription without first being told "it will be about 30 to 45 minutes" even after the prescription was called in 6-7 hours prior. I understand that pharmacies are hectic places and everyone needs their medication, but when you seek medical care and they give you a script, you most likely need it as soon as possible. Apparently after suffering through 6-7 hours waiting for relief, it is not too much to ask your customer to wait an additional "30-45 minutes." At that point, just pray that they have your insurance information correct....or you will be waiting an additional "30-45 minutes" on top the "30-45 minutes" you've already waited for a prescription they've had for the biggest part of the day.

I love coming here and using the drive-through, because they always give my dog a treat! They’ve always been super friendly, and I’ve not had any issues when picking up my prescriptions.

They try to make people pay out of pocket until you do. This pharmacy is not honoring health insurances including government insurance. Borderline fraud if not fraudulent already. This pharmacy should be ashamed of working with sick people. Total negligence and zero effort to work with insurance companies. And they won’t give you the good rx price if using good RX. I have TWO insurances and still wanted to charge me $100s for a very common blood pressure medicine. They will blame on doctor miscommunication, even after I talked to the doctor’s office. Walmart pharmacy is $24 for the same.? For the last two years I have not been able to use my insurance because there always seems to be a different excuse.

Pathetic management to close a pharmacy drive thru when 20 people are in n line and waited in that line 20 minutes only to get to the window and it say closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. At least have the courtesy to have a sign before the window. Your a business run it like one
