I would like to talk to a person not a Robot. I'm trying to get more than one prescription field, but the conversation keeps going back in a big circle.

Noone answers the pharmacy phone! Horrible phone service & their phone system DOES NOT WORK. ANY NUMBER PUSH IS IGNORED BY THEIR AUTOMATED VOICE ROBOT. So, why have a phone at ALL!

The automated phone system is the worst! No matter how hard you try , you are never routed to a person. Totally unacceptable for a pharmacy.
