0-1 Star : Pharmacy is The Worst I’ve EVER DeaLT With - ClueLess?️♀️little?’swho have No Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals, let alone How to Conduct Business!!! there is one guy who’s been there longer than Anyone - who even gives a whoot?- He should be the only one running the Pharmacy!!!10 Stars : The Interior Store Staff are Perfectly Fine & Actually HeLPFuL. CVS needs to take a hard look at the Pharmacy - and Fire whoever is in charge! iT Does NOT Operate as smoothly as CVS Benbrook does! iTs NoT Rocket ?Science Folks! Actually, iTs incompetence!

Everyone at CVS Granbury that I have had dealings with are caring, competent, and concerned for their customer's well-being and satisfaction. Honestly, I admit, I have had occasions where I waited in CVS Granbury store over 35 minutes for shots for which I had an appointment (Shingles and Flu.) I admit that have been frustrated waiting in the drive through lane, only to see when I got to the front their sign that they are now closed for lunch. (Obviously, with enough competent staff, they COULD take separate lunch times and keep the pharmacy open during lunch.) I admit that I believe they need to be open later hours during the week, as the pharmacy closes before the CVS store does, and sometimes I can't get there in time due to my long commute. I realize that I am not their only customer. However, they KNOW me in this store and greet me with a smile when I come in to shop. Glenn even installed rental A/C units when the compressor went out to keep people from passing out this summer and to insure the chocolate didn't melt. That shows he cares! Are the staff perfect? No. But they ARE working on making improvements. If I didn't love my career as a teacher, I would apply at this store to work because they share my love for people. I love this CVS, warts and all. Sick kids or not they don’t care it can take hours and hours to get your script.

A CVS pharmacist spelling error resulted in me not being able medication for my 7 year old daughter. At the time we did not know about this spelling error. We had a confirmation call saying our prescription was ready for pick up. Upon arrival we were told there was not any prescription available. Pharmacist very unwilling to help, assured us he had no information of our prescription even being sent to them let alone having them filled. We ended up spending 2 days in the hospital. And today at noon I get another call from CVS saying my prescription was ready. After a long process of getting someone on the phone was explained another profile was created with the same birthday, insurance, and guardian names. The only difference was 1 letter on her first name. The info doctor office sent was correct. So at some point the the new profile was created due to the error. I am beyond frustrated. There is really nothing to do except for me to know not to use CVS anymore.

Beware!!! Doctor sent prescriptions in for my 7 year old Friday with the Correct name. (Long story short everything we needed was filed under the wrong name.) Our doctor confirmed they had sent it at noon and it was received. I recieved an automated message from CVS saying it would be ready at 9:53. Walked in a little early at 9:15 to be told CVS never received anything from our doctor and he had no record of this being available. Ended up spending two days in the hospital. Today CVS called to let us know the prescriptions from Friday night are still waiting for us. Was told they had two profiles for my daughter one was spelled correctly and the other had one character off. The info the doctor sent over was correct. on Friday the pharmacist was very unwilling to even help look up anything and we were told he had nothing from the doctors office or the name and birthdate we were giving him. I am beyond frustrated and have no clue what I should do Besides never use CVS again and warn others of this incompetence that put my daughter in the hospital.

Outrageous over pricing on all items in-store but I would still grab a few items when getting an RX ..... EXCEPT pharmacy staff is Always extremely rude and never helpful like other pharmacies! Customers are told "call your Dr" we can't fax a request LIKE ALL OTHER PHARMACIES or "we can't help you over the phone" like other pharmacies" on basic issues AND on my last visit I was told to check out my cosmetic purchases myself AND coupons and promotions are only available with coupons upon check out for "further purchases " on products you just purchased that expire in couple of weeks!!!

Absolutely the best people, working hard in difficult circumstances while they are short handed. Olivia and Tyreece were so helpful. They both helped me save money on my expensive medication. They were patient and polite with every customer in line, taking time to answer questions. Everyone in the pharmacy was busy with customers and trying to answer the constantly ringing phone. Kudos to the entire department.

Picked up my Rx today. Got home to find that they had only given me ONE month’s worth of my meds instead of three. Of course, they aren’t answering their phone. Called the front of the store…told me to talk to Ty and transferred me. I’m on hold again. If you are a customer, find another pharmacy. This type of error is dangerous.

You'll wait forever at the pharmacy. Not very helpful just go to Walgreens much faster service.

This Granbury pharmacy is horrible! Most times when I pick up my script I have to wait at least 45 mins regardless if there is 1 car or 4 cars ahead of me. The drive through process does not work, so please try something different!

Terrible terrible service!! The pharmacy is extremely slow! Even when sent directly to the pharmacy from the doctor, they dont fill your prescription until you call about it. they are just so slow. If you can, get your prescriptions somewhere else!

Want to spend an hour in the drive through while the pharmacist spends 20 minutes with each person instead of telling the ones that should have gone inside to do so, then go through this drive through. To make matters worse there were people going through the drop off only line and they were filling scripts making the wait even longer. Wow how can a drive through take an hour with only 4 cars in front of you?

The pharmacy manager,Devin is rude and arrogant. I have seen him on more than one occasion talk to older women like that were clueless and had no understanding. He flat lied to me about being able to call the warehouse and check if and when medication that was necessary for my husband would be shipped. They had already ordered the medication 2 times. I had a text showing the dates it was ordered. He said it had only been ordered once. When I asked him to call the warehouse to see if it was in stock, he stated that no one was able to call the warehouse. When I pushed the issue all of a sudden he was amazingly able to call the warehouse. We have had issues with him on more than one occasion. The other employees have tried to be helpful and kind.
