Monica at Granbury store was a life saver she helped me set up my replacement phone that refused to be updated by Samsung. She did troubleshooting and in 10 minutes got it working after I spent 5 hours at home.

Heather was fantastic! Despite being alone on a VERY busy Sunday she stayed calm and patient me with adding a line and upgraded another. She deserves a promotion! Worst Cricket something is always wrong! Systems down! 1 person working, 4 in line.. I’ve been here 5 times in 2 weeks bc it’s always something! They hardly acknowledge you if they even do.

Great staff and super helpful. We had a problem with a new phone we bought transferring the number to the new phone my daughter was very upset. The staff jumped right on the situation and got the problem fixed. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.

Maria was outstanding! I had the best experience purchasing a phone there! She was Knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process quick and easy! Maria has a great personality and was a pleasure talking too! Joy was also present in the store and had a great attitude with other customers! Way to go ladies!

Heather at the Granbury location assisted us in successfully porting my phone number and switching from spectrum to cricket. She was very informative and has great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new phone and service.

Amazing service with super nice employees! Had to get my wife onto my phone plan and we wanted to change her number as well! The lady helping us was super patient and even tried her best to find the right number we wanted! Always coming to this location for any problems or future business!
