Monica at Granbury store was a life saver she helped me set up my replacement phone that refused to be updated by Samsung. She did troubleshooting and in 10 minutes got it working after I spent 5 hours at home.

Heather was fantastic! Despite being alone on a VERY busy Sunday she stayed calm and patient me with adding a line and upgraded another. She deserves a promotion! Worst Cricket something is always wrong! Systems down! 1 person working, 4 in line.. I’ve been here 5 times in 2 weeks bc it’s always something! They hardly acknowledge you if they even do.

Great staff and super helpful. We had a problem with a new phone we bought transferring the number to the new phone my daughter was very upset. The staff jumped right on the situation and got the problem fixed. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.
