The only place I take my vehicles. Trustworthy and friendly service. They will check out the vehicle and text you pics of problem areas. They offer a ride if your vehicle is serviced and it will take a while.

I noticed my car was making a weird loud noise coming from the engine and brought my car in for a diagnostic. Robert was very helpful during the process and once the diagnostic was complete, he called me to discuss the issues that they found. The diagnostic was very thorough and highlighted some minor issues unrelated to what I came in for. Robert focused on the issue that brought me in, and explained everything in detail and did not try to upsell me on anything.
I picked up my car the next business day and no longer experiencing those issues.
Robert was great during my experience with Christian Brothers. I will gladly be returning to them in the future.

First time dropping off my vehicle at Christian Brothers Automotive. Easy to make an online appointment and select a specific time. From drop off to pickup I was always kept up to date via text / email. They assessed my vehicle and a link with the detailed issues that needed to be addressed and cost of each issue’s repair price was sent to me. Once I agreed to the repairs, I was sent a text towards the end of the day letting me know my vehicle was not ready and would get updated the following day. Once ready, pickup was easy, paid and my vehicle was driven up to me and a complementary bottle of water was in my cup holder. I will be using Christian Brothers exclusive from now on.

I’d heard such great things about CB, and I’ve always wanted to give them a try. I’m a teacher, so it’s hard to get things scheduled during the school year because I usually don’t plan my oil changes. I just drop by my local oil change place, but now that it’s summer (and I also needed to get my alignment fixed) I went online to see available times. I saw a good time and called my parents to see if that would be an available to pick up my son and I while they work on my car. It was, so I then scheduled the appt.
About an hour later a woman from CB called and said that the time I scheduled wouldn’t work for an alignment. She tried scheduling it the next week but that wouldn’t work, and I needed to check my schedule. I said I’d just do the oil change. She then said that they couldn’t do an oil change at that time either. I was confused and asked what the online scheduling system was for then? She didn’t know. She shot out some dates but I couldn’t just schedule it without taking the time to check my life.
I told her to go ahead and cancel and that I’d look at my schedule and call back. She then hung up on me. Okay, I guess CB isn’t for us, or anyone scheduling online.
Update: Is this the person I spoke to on the phone? ;)
I saw your message. Yes, you were aggressively determined. You were also frustrated, rude, couldn’t explain why I couldn’t get any of the 3 services I scheduled during times that were advertised as available. You also didn’t empathize with the customer after I explained about how I have to organize with other people, I can’t just jump on a date. Don’t forget you also hung up on me. You were determined though, you’re right.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have! Christian Brothers Automotive in Granbury TX is an absolute joke! They tried to scam us and our warranty company for a lot of money. After doing some investigating they were double charging us for things. Some of the parts that needed fixed were $200 for both sides and they were charging $1400, so you mean to tell me it was $1200 in labor?? When we dropped of the truck we were told it would be $150 for them to diagnose the problem, which infact it was $165 for each thing they looked at. We also only asked them to look at certain things and they did a bumper to bumper assessment. They charged us $165 for each thing they were asked to look at... Ridiculous! I have never been charged per part for a diagnosis. I would totally understand $165 for the entire diagnosis. However, the warranty company didn't even believe them and sent out a 3rd party mechanic to look it over, after we got the report from them we decided to take it elsewhere. When we went to pick up our truck which had not been worked on they still charged us almost $600 just for the diagnostics. In my opinion this company should be ashamed of their business ethics. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I’m new to the state - a couple folks and my son mentioned their shop for reliable repair work and the tire shop referred me to them for an alignment.
Shop rates are reasonable - and good mechanics are hard to find.
Professional staff, large facility with plenty of service bays and lifts - they’re organized, courteous and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer someone to them. ??????
Thank you, David R

I had to take my car here because it was overheating and they were the closest place to me at that moment. I was quoted a price of 260 to replace a coolant line. I looked up the average cost for this repair and it was between 180 and 220. I knew they were overpriced but I had to have it done. When I go to pay it has turned into 460. Absolutely ridiculous I'll never use them again. Please take the Christian out of the name. It should be called prison brothers because what they are doing to you there

Had some work done on my car last week at Christian Brothers in Granbury. A small issue popped up over the weekend. They immediately took my car in Monday morning, fixed the issue and had me on my way. I will be back! Honest, kind and concerned care. Thank you! Tom Jensen

Had a cv axle replaced as well as rack and pinion a few months back and now have to have the cv axle re- replaced. It was a mechanical mistake and they were unwilling to work with us. Also paid for an alignment and it was done incorrectly, the vehicle now has a hard pull to the right with all new tires. $2400 spent for a headache.

Phenomenal customer service, quality repair, and an 'old-fashioned' neighborhood feel about this business. In particular, I enjoyed the communication while my car was being repaired.
