I've been to this store a few times and always have a pleasant experience. Last Saturday I took my daughter in and we had an Amazing experience! I wish I knew the lady's name that took care of us. She was SO helpful, offered lots of suggestions, and was just a joy to be around. Many times while out shopping it feels like all customer service has vanished but not at Cato! I have been raving about our trip there all week. Kudos to this employee or manager, y'all are definitely knocking it out of the park!The store has really cute and trendy clothes for all sizes and they are affordable!

I absolutely LOVE coming to this store! The manager and her staff go above and beyond when it comes to guest services and sales! The store is very well kept and beautifully set up with a diverse selection of styles, from elegant and fun to relaxing lounge wear for any occasion. They have a wonderful line of shoes, purses and unique pieces of jewelry, too!

I went to this store today to try to find shoes for a wedding. I was told that I would not be able to try anything on and that they would do a refund/return if they don't fit! So what they're telling me is, I can buy them and take them home and try them on and if they don't fit, take them back to the store! What are they going to do with them, throw them away, put them back on the shelf?? I wasn't aware that I can contract a virus through my feet! How can you resell a pair of shoes that I've tried on at my home, but you can't resell them if I try them on in the store? If this virus is so bad, why are you making me leave my home, come into your store, go back home and then come back to your store a second time? This makes NO Sense! I won't be back!
