I was with a local "hometown" bank that made banking for me very difficult to the point it cost me money in fines to the state because they quit allowing a business account to do online bill pay. I asked a couple of local business owners and they told me about BBVA so I gave them a shot. After my initial account set up I felt welcomed and at home.
