My husband brought in a new set of tires to be mounted and balanced on 08/02/24, and they did a great job UNTIL.. the next day we saw they were mounted wrong! The tires are marked "inside" and "outside" and they were all installed backwards with the "inside" facing out. Not a big deal, we assumed they would stand behind their work and make it right. WRONG! My husband went back 08/05/24 for the tires to be re-done and mounted correctly - and they actually charged him an additional $20 to fix their mistake. We are very disappointed, and lesson a
learned..we will take our business elsewhere.

Dude put my new tires on Friday got home started looking at them Saturday realized he put them on Backwards they have an inside and an outside written right on the tire. You think a tired guy would know that Went back up there just now he charged me $20 to put them on right way so I guess I pay for his mistakes try not to go there so you don't have to go back and get ripped off. Bad Business bro learn how to put on tires

We were stranded with a flat tire. Lugnuts were too tight and we couldn't get tire off. B&B came out and helped us. They were fast, efficient and friendly.
