Went in to get some windshield wiper blades and I asked for help. I was shown the three types of blades and explained the value of each. I chose and he put them on for me. The employee was informative and attentive. There is handicap accessibility. Good experience.

Came into the store a little upset. I had a flat tire outside in the parking out. Of course my car did not come with a jack and I needed to buy one anyways. I picked one out and Kenynn assisted me at the counter. I asked for help with the tire. Now he didn't have too but he was very sweet and helpful. Came out and replaced the tire with my spare. Now that's great customer service. We need more people like him everywhere in the community. Thank you for your help Kenynn I really do appreciate it. Thank you AutoZone.
