This gym is inspiring and has drastically changed my view of fitness. Not only are Sam and Don the best coaches, they’re incredible friends. This place has the BEST atmosphere.

Best gym in town by far. Sam and don are great, everyone at the gym is super friendly. There is no judging or staring due to size, everyone makes you feel welcome. Proud to be part of this gym, keep rocking guys and gals.
