Just called the number posted to inquire about available units. I called once and didn’t hear anyone, just shuffling around. When I said hello, I was hung up on. So I tried again, no one responded. When I asked if I could be heard, knowing that the connection could be a problem on my end, I was told “I can barely hear you. Quit calling.” And was hung up on again. Very rude, and overall that comes across as very unprofessional. I can understand the irritation with repeated calls, but “I’m having a hard time hearing you, could you call back when you have better connection?” comes off way better.

Anyone thinking of renting a storage, this is the best one around. I personally have had a unit here for about 20 years and it had been a perfect storage renting experience. Delores, the last that runs the place is certainly in the top 10 most wonderful people on the earth. If you look up"good Christian woman" in the dictionary, you'll likely find a picture of her.
