Kenny helped us get a phone today. He was very patient and very professional could not have asked for better customer service at this Verizon location. He was very knowledgeable and did everything possible to help us make sure we left the store satisfied. Our phone was completely locked out and we ended up using the store with a brand new phone. Make sure all of our things were transferred over before we left. We were 100% satisfied with the services. We will definitely come back to the store and recommend it to anybody who needs help with this Verizon location.

Owen helped us today. We were in dire need of a new phone and he was outstanding. We definitely recommend him. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Our phone was completely locked out and he helped us get a new one and made sure all of our things transferred. Owen even went out of his way to meet us halfway to Possum Kingdom Lake to bring us our watch that we forgot there at 8:30pm. We couldn’t ask for better customer service and professionalism.

My phone had been running poorly and I called the Verizon in Graham Texas and arranged a time and day to replace my phone. The people there are AWESOME! The lady got me another phone. We have used this lady before and that day we went up happened to be her Birthday! I highly recommend this Verizon store as well as the Verizon in Wichita falls! God bless them all!
