Some foreign sob told my little sister she isn’t professional and needs to act mature when she asked for a nail design. Highly disrespectful and when they asked him about it he laughed and said it freedom of speech. Better be glad I wasn’t there.

Their thermometer is broken. Tried to tell me my daughter and I had the exact same temperature of 99.8 after we just came in from outside and that his was 98.9... yeah you’ve been sitting inside. Made us feel like we were disgusting in front of customers. Considering my temperature never goes beyond 98.6. Rude and completely unprofessional.

Way over charged me!!! Told me they were price matching quoted me 23$ and 26$ for manicure and pedicure with gel polish charged me 83$ and told me he gave me a discount!!! And it took almost 3 hours to do both! I had my gel off my nails before the lady evens started them and he charged me for removing it. 48$ and 83$ is a BIG DIFFERENCE!

First I don't like being pressured to buy a more expensive pedicure. Second the 50 minute pedicure lasted 36 minutes from the first drop of water to finishing the polish. Third my daughter 55 minute pedicure was 42 minutes. The acrylic nail doesn't cover the side of some of my nails. I will not be back. Felt very rushed. My daughter fingers have some cuts.

I am not from graham, just visiting during hunting season and decided to get my nails done. My first impression was that they did not have a lot of shellac choices but I chose to do shellac anyway. I started off having the male owner do my nails file and trim them. I originally told him I didn't want a manicure just wanted a color change of shellac because I wasn't looking to spend 40 dollars he agreed. A few minutes later he got busy with another customer and his wife offered to finish my nails. He told her that I wasn't getting a manicure just shellac but she went ahead with the manicure with the soaking lotion and what not. She then moved on to the shellac where she half-assed painted my nails leaving some of my tips and sides of my nails unpainted. Then she proceeded to put the top coat on and not even completely covering my entire nail. So once it dried there were areas that were matte-looking and it was very uneven. She did not try to clean up the nail polish around my nails on my skin/cuticle or fix them whatsoever. It was 30 minutes before close so she was hurrying along so she could close early. So in the end I paid for a $40 manicure which I did not ask for and had the worst shellac paint job I've ever seen. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have given this nail salon a try 4 different times. Their work is very sloppy. I tried to communicate to the person doing my pedicure/ manicure, it was obvious they didn't have even a remote idea what I was trying to say, the person didn't ever TRY to figure out what I was saying.The nail techs are very impersonal, seem distracted, no conversation, no eye contact, only 1 person there speaks very limited English. Ya have to go to Wichita Falls 56 miles away to get a good manicure and for less money.
