I DO NOT recommend Holiday on 380 bypass for multiple reasons!
First, my engine started knocking in 2021. I went to them with confidence that they would get my car fixed and fixed correctly. I end up buying a Jasper engine for $8k. Not even two weeks later I lose all oil pressure and engine starts knocking again. I return to holiday CDJR to address the issue and I’m told I need another engine. Luckily I didn’t have to pay another $8k because I had “warranty “. They put me in a loaner car..
A month later my “new” engine came in..took them a week to install second engine. I return to get my car and I’m having to pay $700 for just having the loaner..okay, I get it.
I swear not even two months go by and my driveway is covered in oil less than 12hrs of being parked. Drive back to the Holiday, my car leaks oil all over the ground right outside the door and they begin to tell me my warranty is out and now I am having to pay for parts and labor PLUS not having a vehicle to use for however long. My husband is stuck up there WAITING for our car to be fixed and they said “we don’t have any loaners to give right now”. But yet another customer shows up and literally gets in a loaner and leaves. We have two kids and many many things to get done before the weekend but can’t.
Long story short, I would NOT recommend Holiday CDJR on 380 bypass! None of them in the service or parts department are professionals. They don’t even have a Master Tech working on the vehicles…they told us he was two months backed up and could not help us regardless how bad our issue was.

Easiest car buying experience hands down. Lawton helped and was very communicative throughout the whole process, vehicle we came to look at was cleaned up and ready to go. Mike in financing made the process seamless. Definitely recommend them when looking for a new vehicle.
