Ashley and Brandi were super friendly the entire visit, I had a ton of questions and concerns and they literally answered and reassured me on everything. They made the entire process easier than I expected when deciding to visit.The store has completely turned around with the new employees and leadership and the store environment is more upbeat and friendly.

A friend of mine Grandson just close his phone in a car door and Brock his phone so he went to cricket because he has insurance on his phone the lady in the store in graham ripped him off by telling him if he upgraded his phone with this new phone “witch was a Very Big Down Graded phone she sold him” you can call and make a claim on your broken phone and have a this phone while you wait for your new phone to come in the mail but the insurance people told him since you upgraded your phone you can’t make a claim on this broken phone, hence ripping him off when all he wanted to do was make a claim to replace his phone but this women @&$$ at Graham Texas Store customer service women was just looking to make money by ripping this young man off she lied,stole, deceived this young man she should be FIRED!!!!

The worst customer service ever. Rude and not helpful could give a care less if you was in the store or not. The worker spoke to her manager on the phone with speaker on could her her using foul language. Love Cricket wireless the store in Graham awful!!!!!!

This location needs to back their products. We bought a phone, a screen protector, and a phone case 5 days ago. Dropped the phone and the screen protector popped off, and will not go back on there. There is NO stickiness left on the protector at all. Even though it was only 5 days ago, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. So the $20 screen protector is useless! The clerk wouldn't even look at the product to see if it was defective. Absolutely will not step back into this store again!
