my friend found a great pair of boots reasonably priced and found his size of wranglers!!!! this was such a great surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a pair of boots from this store and on November 29, 2021, Boaz received payment for the boots. On November 30, 2021, I received an email with a "tracking number." The tracking number link took me to a website that was not accessible to customers. I sent an email asking for a tracking number. No response was sent to me. After a week, I sent another email asking for a way to track my package. This was their response: "Your tracking number is 9405536895232652472548. Please let me know what the status is. I think that you should have received it by now. US mail LOL! Gina Donnell Boaz Dept Store" Unbelievable. I was charged for a pair of boots. When I ask where they are, I'm instructed to let the store know if I find them. It is not my responsibility to find the boots. Worst customer service ever. Do not do any online purchasing with this store. They don't know how to execute an online purchase other than to take your money.

We had the best time shopping here!!! We may be banned from coming back or they may be short handed after our shopping trip there. The poor lady helping us probably needs a LONG vacation!!! LolThey are extremely patient and very helpful!!! Highly recommend checking out what all they have in their store.

The ladies there today were Great!!! I was looking for a certain color shirt and style and size. they helped me look through the store and even called another local store to see if they had anything close to what I was looking for. That is Great customer service and due to their extra work in trying to help me, I will be back in to shop. Ended up buying a shirt there, it's a little bigger than what I wanted but was tired of searching and we'll make it work since they were so helpful!!! Thank you ladies!!! I appreciated all your help today!!!!
