Been there to stay one time, it's cute and it was surprisingly not busy or too loud. The convient store was quiet convient when we needed a late night snack. The staff was nice, and the little store inside has some neat stuff. We enjoyed our stay. Will return sometime.

Best experience! The lady at the front desk was very nice! I loved staying at this place vs a typical commercial hotel. The ac worked fine, rooms were clean and bed super comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Yes, it's dated, yes, there's places for improvement... BUT.. it's like staying in the guest room at grandma's. Except I get dish TV, my own bathroom, and I get to control the thermostat! Plenty of room foe trucks, and for the price, it's on my stop at again list!
Food and drinks: The gas station out front has one of the best burgers around.. Definitely fat boy approved!

My husband found this gim driving to CA 2 different times last year. He was very happy with the room and the friendly staff ( Penny). For the holidays I took a flight to visit my son and family and he drove. So, after visiting families we drove back.( made it home today) We stopped in Mingus: Gordon, TX. We stayed 2 nights and everything was so nice , we let Penny know we would be back over the summer. We dined at New York Hill Restaurant, right down from yhe hotel and The Stockman Club in Gordon. The food and service was so delightful, and delicious. Sum this up, we will be back.. Thanks to all our new friends, Tim and Terrielynn Tarrant

Fantastic value. Clean, quiet. Good diner on other side of I-20. Hot water, great AC and heat. Truck parking. As for a little dust, so what, welcome to Texas. I high recommend.

This place is awesome. For a 1 night stop. Nice cozy room. Everything worked. Water pressure was good. I dropped my license in the room and they were nice enough to mail it to me. That was so appreciated. Thank you so much.

Someone stole the receiver to the TV in the room, and they gave a 10% discount per night, even though they fixed the problem the very next day! Refreshing! Service and customer orientation are rare at this point in our history.Noteworthy details: ( This was a smoking room, so the others are probably a lot nicer - though this one was not bad.)

Another great stay at the Longhorn.. A/C works great . Tv with cable.. Never an issue statyng here, and I stay here a lot.
