I was just looking, because of an impending hip readjustment. They have all types of weights, a pool, dance studio, racquetball/handball, basketball facilities. As well as a small Olympic pool, swimming/therapy and kiddie pool. They also have the trainers, therapists, etc. to help you. Plus a smoothie bar and when it's open, a health food bar. (Yeech ?)

Facilities are nice and spacious. Staff is respectful and helpful. Wouldn’t hurt to have more weight equipment but that’s just personal preference really. Price is really reasonable considering how much they offer.

Great place to workout, super clean, lots of options, big place, sauna, pool the works! Great membership fees very affordable. Also has a spa inside!!!

I mostly swim at Thrive. The pool is beautiful, heated, with two lap lanes by a huge window, a smaller less deep section for exercise/kids, and a little splash area for tiny tots. I like to use the sauna after I swim. Nice locker room/ changing area / showers, beautiful bathroom. Extra star for the machine for drying swimsuits/towels.

Great experience. We're members of the gym and enjoy it but today we decided to treat ourselves to massages and we do not regret it at all. We're feeling relaxed and rejuvenated ?.

Love this place!! Great amenities, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They make you feel welcome, everytime you enter the front door. There's plenty of equipment to choose from. There's always a personal trainer available. This place might just become my second home. ? ❤

Wow, unexpected to find such a great facility outside of a metroplex. It’s super clean, has a juice and coffee bar. Classes pools and more. I joined even though I have to drive 20 miles to it.

Equipment is very new and plentiful. It's not crowded Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.Good classes. Great physical therapists.Nice spa with wonderful massages.
