“Really friendly folks, very accommodating for us first-timers.Brisket very moist, pork ribs a little dry, link very greasy but tasty. Beans were bland unfortunately.She disappeared her lamb ribs before she touched anything else they were so tasty.”
“I bought half a cow. Final weight was $250 for $1550. Custom cuts 1.5 inches thick. Individually vacuum sealed packages. Everything looks great.The meat tastes awesome. It's the only way I will buy meat going forward. Matthews will be my supplier.”
