Deserves NEGATIVE stars! I was making my way to the party isle after entering the store, when I was approached by “Tecca” a store employee, who began telling me she needed to take my purse and keep it behind the counter until I was done shopping. I had just entered the store- not even two min when she approached me. There were other shoppers present, who had items with them already, and they still had their purses. I was shocked at her request. It was a normal size purse. Not a backpack. Not a hikers bag. I was the only white person in the store, and she targeted me. It was very clear. She immediately started following me after I said hello to her when passing by. Then she approached me and began telling me there was a no big bags policy. I told her it’s my purse. It’s normal size. I said No. I volunteered to leave. Who would hand their purse to a stranger? I was only in there for balloons and candy for my kids birthday. Literally in the store less than 3 min. Total. This lady targeted me, followed me, and harassed me the entire time. I tried to call the store- she answered, then hung up on me when I requested mangers information. I continued to call until I got in touch with a different person who gave me the managers Info so I could contact her. I left the store embarrassed, angry, and disheartened.

Couldn't see prices during the checkout, and the receipt prices didn't match with sale prices, so cashier overcharged me on a few dollars!!! Sad!!!

i went in earlier today, a short, fat lady, black hair, flower face mask, name of Karen discriminated against me because i wasn’t wearing a face mask due to a disability and refused me service. I am exempt from wearing a face mask due to disability and what she did is wrong and unjust.

Being from middle Tennessee I love the small hometown dept. Stores & Family dollar being my favorite second only to Fred's. This local store has been a disappointment each visit. Today sign on coolers say Digiorno Pizza 2 for 10 cashier ring them up @ 8$'s each said she'd have ta ask manager to override manager replies that's an old sign she just hasn't found time to remove & refused to honor the sign even though the sign itself had no date of expiration. Sad to say I hope this store is one of the ones closing or someone does something bout the way its run. Cant even tell ya the managers name for she had no name tag

I don't like needing to have digital coupons I feel those select specials discrimimage against those who cannot get those coupons,store too crowfed
