I can only speak for my experience, as such, thank you for a decent used SUV at a fair price. I put my wife in this vehicle for her work and she drives 38 miles a day one way and has had no problems thus far. Toyotas with the "JT" beginning the VIN are renowned for their durability as they were made in Japan. May God grant you continued success and all the best from the Callaway family.

Contacted this dealer from an ad on CarGurus about a truck on their lot. I filled out the contact info and received an email saying they would call me the next day when he got to the office. About noon the next day i called,and again got the voicemail. Not too long after that a woman called me. She was pleasant and I asked her several questions about the truck I was interested in. She sent me pictures and videos of the truck. I live a little over 900 miles away. After days of texts, and securing funds at my bank, I gave them a legitimate cash offer. The lady said she would let her boss know and get back with me. That was 6 days ago. phone calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. My only guess is, they didn't want to sell me a truck they knew was not going to make the long trip back home. It only had 57000 miles on it and should have been mechanically sound, as the assistant said. I wouldn't do business with these folks now if they were giving away vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Duane Teaken was very polite and effecient... we hit a deer and he was there within 20 minutes to give us a tow. I would highly reccomend him!

Gene has been in the used car business for 20+ years. I will say he is amazing at what he does. Gene runs back and forth to new car stores and auctions just to find vehicles the customer wants. If there are issues with a vehicle legally he doesn't have to fix it if its an as-is sale, but I've seen him write checks to make it right on his end just for the customers satisfaction. Most importantly I've seen him finance vehicles to people who couldn't get financed anywhere else and does the most he can to get you into the vehicle you want. I personally do not think there is a car dealership owner who works as hard as Gene does. He loves what he does, he passionate about his career and helps so many people.
