My son was involved in an accident. I contacted them for an estimate and they were able to see us the same day that I called. They were very professional and provided quick service. We were able to pick up the vehicle by the end of the day. I would highly recommend using them. Lastly, did I mention that they're very welcoming.

I am really big on customer services the Lady at the desk to the left when u walk in was nice she spoke & was then the man that came to look at my car & it's damaged didn't ask me anything took a couple of pictures & was done I went to Jeff's Body shop & he was awesome even got under my car to see the damage.

So I took my burban in for a insurance claim on a side swipe,they did the work but its not good!! I have spots and on my inside panel on the doors they even missed some spots. I went back and talked to “allen” or watever thae guys name is and he said he coudnt see the spots I was talking about. He said “bring it in and will run the buffer on it” and as he was walking away he was mumbling things. So just so every one is aware !!

Took my truck to Allen’s Auto Tech in Gonzales TX get hail damage repairs and to replace front windshield! They did an excellent job and my truck looks brand new! Wendy and Doyle are very friendly, efficient, and professional ! Thank you for the great job!
