My hair is fixed!! Melody was wonderful! She listened carefully to what I wanted and my concerns with my damaged hair and explained the best solution. Total professional she did an excellent job! My hair looks beautiful!

Signatures is the absolute most beautiful salon I have ever been to. The owners are phenomenal and customer service is always 100%. I love each of the staff and always feel so welcomed when I arrive. Kenzie kills it every time I get my hair done and I always leave happy! I also make the 30 minute drive multiple times a week just to tan. I highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone and everyone around!

very unfriendly asked for highlights , there's hardly any in my hair $180 didn't blow dry or style ask for owner to call me back and they didnt. I had friends that wanted to come in on our day off and I tried to make appointment for them but no one would even acknowledge me . I hope the owner knows how their employees treat new customers

I went and put a post on a public Carthage page yesterday evening and Pam Harvey had me in her chair by 11 am this morning. She listened and made an awesome suggestion I will be going back. So glad finding my stylist wasn’t a problem at all!!

I have been to this salon twice for a hot stone pedicure. The first time was great hence the reason I scheduled another one. Mind you I live 1.5 hrs away so this is definitely a treat for me. This second pedicure was not good. The website states the pedicure is 75 minutes. Our pedicure (was with a friend) lasted 45 minutes (started at 11:20 & ended at 12:05) and then we sat there waiting for our toenails to dry for 40 minutes (still not dry). I see Alyssa and I always come in with a very vague description and yet high expectations of what I want done to my hair. I like bright blonde. Alyssa always seems to do a great job and exceed my expectations! She educates me on what she believes is going to be the best for me and my overall health of my hair! I got my hair colored weeks ago and I still get compliments on my hair color! I've seen many hair stylists throughout the metro but Alyssa is the only one who has been able to get my blonde the exact color I'm looking for! She is the best and she is fun to talk to! I definitely recommend Alyssa at this salon!
