“I had an issue with my vehicle, and no dealership in my area could seem to find the cause. I knew the technician at Tegrler, Dale. The problem I had was that the dealership is 325 miles from where I live. He convinced me he would do everything, he knew(40 years GM Master Certified) to diagnose. After one day and overnighting a part, it was finally fixed. It was worth the trip and an overnight stay to make sure my wife could continue to have safe transportation. “We were driving from New Mexico to Dallas and blew out a tire. After putting the donut on, we called around to see if anyone had a new tire since we had 200 miles to go. When we called this dealership, Dillon answered and said he indeed did have a tire for us but was closing in five minutes. We told him we could get there in five minutes and he gladly stayed and changed our tire working well beyond his quitting time. He not only changed the tire in a timely manner but offered us a cool waiting area and coffee. He went way beyond what he should have and did it with a smile and courtesy. Thanks to Dillon and the Tegeler dealership , we were able to get on the road again and get back to Dallas safely.”
