Passport application process: very fast and efficient!
Made an appointment online ahead of time, no wait.
Had seen a lot of negative comments about the employee but had no trouble at all. I had all appropriate paperwork and documents ready and the employee was quick and to the point which I appreciated!

As other reviews say the lady who works here for passport appointments is an extremely rude person and makes the entire process very uncomfortable. My whole family came separately and all had the same experience with her.

The girl who is in the passport appointments is very rude and answers you very beaten, and makes ugly expressions with her face. she is not nice at all.

The one who attends you for passport appointments is not friendly, she answers you very rudely saying that they changed the rules !! she is not nice!!

The wonderful lady working there provided good passport service even though people show up before their appointment time and had taken over part of her lunch time. She was very attentive and quick. She had people coming in back to back for passport appointments and postal services but that didn’t stop her from providing great service. I was amazed at how well she handles the overworked load.

We went here to get our passports! Easy and quick without having to wait a long time in larger cities. Make an appointment online and they even take your picture there for a few. Very professional and very friendly!

I go out of my way to use this post office, I am greeted with a smile and nice attitude every time and the ladies have went above and beyond to help me out.
