No prices on most items so they can charge you ridiculous prices at the cash register. Hit the racetrack down the road.

The day time is great. But that night shift for 1 they never used to close for shift change but now you might come to the store at 1030 and they have a sign on the door that says close for shift change. It is now 1235 am and the stor is still closed. Just about every night when select employees are there the store is locked from 11pm to after 1215 am.

My visit to Shell was pleasant. The card reader at the pump was not working correctly and had to go inside to pay for gas however the customer service experience was good. Was greeted with a welcome in and was given an apology for having to come in and pay for gas. Made the experience that much better

Went to the register to pay , had my three daughters with me , they put the chips and drinks on the counter , the cashier sat down and said get them closer to me. I understand she most of had a bad day but was not a very good experience for my girls with her attitude . It was the lady with the blond hair and long eyelashes. Around 8:55 9/2/22

Go 30 seconds down the road gas is 30 cents cheaper. They overcharge at this location.

I used to buy all my cigarettes at this store until I quit smoking. Connie was really sweet lady who work there and was always very nice today I stopped by because my grandson was about to wet himself and asked if we could possibly use the restroom in an emergency situation and the new manager was very hateful and rude I will never go here again.thank goodness the lady at the little barber shop next to the store was willing to unlock her door and let my grandson use their bathroom otherwise he would have wet himself.I know they had a sign that said no restroom but most people with any good common sense or a kind heart wouldn't have taken into consideration that this was a little kid. I plan to tell everyone I know to never go there again.

I come in on a late night drive and stop here because its outside of Dallas. Lo and behold the bathrooms were blocked by wet floor signs apparently "closed" and the clerk was very rude about it. I was going to grab a drink and snacks but after that I left. How are you going to close the bathrooms down for paying customers? I guarantee it's because she didnt want to clean them up. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
