The new management and owner have really made a transformation. Great customer service, the place looks better, the hours are better and just overall the customer experience has been good the last few times visiting. Good job and I would suggest using them again.

Family dry Cleanp (formerly Maddox)Best cleaners in town. Well worth the trip across the bridge and down 664. Those others guys don’t know the meaning of heavy starch. Don’t waste your time or money. If you once were a customer come on back. Offering same day cleaning on select days indoors off by 9:00am.

My shirt was supposed to be done yesterday we get here @515 and the slip says pick up at 5 she said he is not here . It is now Saturday 10:51 they are not open although hours say 9:30am. I will be filing with bbb

As several other reviews have said, they ruin your clothes and will not do anything to make it right. These pictures show how my suit pants were returned to me destroyed.I have been trying for weeks to work with them for a resolution and haven't gotten any useful feedback or any type of offer to make it right.
